What React Aria would inject at run time, supplied statically instead (ADR
0036 §1, `guidelines/ui-guideline.md` P1.3, research #785; #861).

React Aria's `usePress` (react-aria 3.53) prepends
`<style id="react-aria-pressable-style">` holding the rule below to the
document, unless an element with that id is already there. The Content
Security Policy the node and the desktop shell serve refuses a `<style>`
element made at run time (REQ-PXCUT-093), and loosening it is not an option
(P1.3). So `src/index.html` links this file under that id: the library finds
the element, injects nothing, and the rule still applies.

The id is the library's internal name, not a published interface.
`integration/browser/csp.spec.ts` fails on any policy violation, so a release
that renames it is caught before it ships (REQ-PXCUT-138).

The rule is the library's, verbatim: it lets a pressable element scroll and
zoom by touch without the double-tap delay. Not a token file and not a
component's look; it holds no colour, font or spacing.

The library's only other `<style>` is `usePreventScroll`'s, which a modal
injects on iOS WebKit alone; on desktop it locks scroll through element style
properties, which the policy allows. PPVS targets no iOS webview, so the
modals of #863 need nothing here — but a new target would.
